The project’s end purpose is the construction of nine independent villas on land situated in an area denominated “Brema” on the lakeside of Sirmione. Specifically, the properties will rise in Via Amendola 7, in a privileged position approximately 20 metres from the public beach. The ample windows and a modern architectonic design will grant a unique charm to the single residential units, which will be realised following the utmost ecologic criteria and sustainability as well as fitting in harmoniously with the context of the landscape.
